What You'll Do

As Foundry Production Manager, you'll lead daily operations while driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead daily and weekly production to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and develop production supervisors and hourly employees
  • Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
  • Reduce scrap and improve first-pass quality
  • Monitor production KPIs, labor efficiency, and throughput
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with Quality to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Manage raw material utilization and production efficiency
  • Analyze production performance and communicate results to leadership
