Every technician begins in our Foundation Phase.

This is a structured 12-week development program where you are:

  • Paid to train

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Basic Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
  • Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
  • Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments

Work Expectations

  • Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands
  • Commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days
  • Willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous travel-based field service experience
