• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and challenges, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools and interviews.

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, is required.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.

• Experience in therapy with a focus on individual counseling, particularly with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders.
• Prior involvement in community mental health services or outpatient settings is advantageous.
