Job description

About Titan
Titan is building the AI workforce for IT. We deploy AI agents across our portfolio of Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers: agents that monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and application operations. The result is faster resolutions, better uptime, and more proactive, personalized support, delivered 24/7.
In under a year we've raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and put agents into production in large enterprises. We've automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. Our tech team has talent from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Dropbox, Meta, FiveRings, TwoSigma, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.
Joining Titan means helping redefine how work gets done in IT services, and building a $100B company.
About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you own client engagements end to end, operating at the intersection of IT operations and the Titan AI platform. You bring clients onto Titan: learning their environment, mapping their systems, encoding their policies, and standing up the engagement. From there you're their single point of contact through onboarding and strategic projects, driving both the relationship and the technical work.
This role is focused on serving our financial-services clients.
What You'll Do
  • Own customer engagements end to end: design and deliver implementations that align Titan to each customer's workflows and goals.
  • Build AI agents: design and build agents on Titan's platform that drive real value for customers.
  • Lead migrations: design and execute migration plans that minimize disruption and ensure seamless adoption of Titan's platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally: work with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes and a sharper go-to-market.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years in a deployed, field, or solutions-engineering role
  • A natural owner. You run the relationship and the timeline without being told to, and clients trust you in the room.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.
  • Technical depth to work hands-on: proficient with scripting and APIs, with the aptitude to learn identity, cloud, and security/endpoint tooling.
  • Fluent alongside AI tools, and able to help design AI-native workflows and tooling.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience in the infosec sector
  • Bonus: financial-services or regulated-industry experience, or exposure to compliance posture
