  • Build and deploy end-to-end solutions using low-code, no-code, and code-based tools across enterprise systems, data, and collaboration platforms.
  • Own delivery from discovery through rollout, including solution design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational readiness.
  • Turn successful patterns into reusable templates, connectors, workflow modules, agent skills, and best practices that can scale across teams.
  • Partner across technical and business teams, and when needed, support customer-facing deployments.

Here's What You Need:

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, low-code or no-code platforms, integration tooling, or AI-enabled process automation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM, HR, collaboration, content, ticketing, or data systems, and how to connect them into usable workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, customers, or non-technical teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical options and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Cvent offices and, where applicable, customer locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
