Position OverviewQinetiQ US is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a large, multi-site operations and maintenance (O&M) program in support of a federal homeland security customer. The Deputy Program Manager will partner directly with the Program Manager to ensure the disciplined execution of day-to-day program operations, with direct accountability for schedule, performance, and field workforce management across a distributed site footprint.
This role requires a leader who can operate independently across geographically dispersed sites, represent the program to senior government stakeholders, and step in for the Program Manager as needed. The Deputy Program Manager will carry substantial day-to-day ownership of program execution and will be expected to grow into increasing levels of programmatic authority and customer-facing responsibility over time.
ResponsibilitiesThe salary range for this role is $ 150,000 to $170,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
