Ft. Harrison Veterinarians is seeking a strong, forwardโ€‘thinking Medical Director to lead the next chapter of our hospital in Indianapolis. This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who is ready to step into a leadership role, influence medical standards, and truly make a practice their ownโ€”with the full operational and leadership support of AVP behind you.

We are looking for a doctor with vision, confidence, and driveโ€”someone excited to shape hospital culture, elevate medical care, and build a team aligned with their standards and philosophy. Whether youโ€™re an experienced Medical Director or a clinician ready to take that next step, this role offers the autonomy and support to create something meaningful and lasting.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys being handsโ€‘on clinically, values highโ€‘quality medicine, and wants an active voice in how the hospital grows and evolves.
