Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Formulation Technician opportunities in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities for a Formulation Technician include but are not limited to:

  • Perform pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance in a cGMP environment

  • Accurately follow SOPs, batch production records (BPRs), and GMP documentation practices

  • Operate automated and computer-controlled equipment for dispensing, granulation, compression, and coating

  • Complete documentation for production, cleaning, and material handling activities with strong attention to detail


Candidates for Formulation Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab environment (cGMP preferred)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble/disassemble equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a regulated manufacturing environment with PPE requirements
