Description
Formulation Technician will be responsible for weighing all ingredients and chemicals that will go into a formulation. Formulation Technician will also monitor, prepare, and maintain recordkeeping of formulation results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions):
• Follows all safety, quality, GDP, and GMP Protocols.
• Operates, cleans, and maintains equipment including correct and preventive maintenance on associated equipment as required.
• Ensures compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking and product security.
• Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance sampling, testing, and visual inspections to ensure all products meet the product specifications and customer expectations.
• Records and monitors process conditions to ensure compliance to SOP.
• Properly weighs, records data, and batch tracking throughout the process.
• Executes tests to ensure quality and formulations are being carried as stated by SOP.
• Reports the results of work in both verbal and written forms.

Required:
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment
• This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
• Flexible availability for work hours.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25-lbs.
