Formers often need to collaborate closely with carpenters, concrete finishers, and site supervisors to ensure that formwork is installed accurately and on schedule. One common challenge is adapting quickly to changes in project plans or timelines, which may require reworking or adjusting formwork. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to avoid delays and ensure safety standards are met. Additionally, working in varying weather conditions and managing heavy materials can add complexity to the role, making flexibility and problem-solving skills crucial.

Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety certifications like OSHA are typically required. Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help ensure precision and safety on construction sites. These skills are crucial for building structurally sound frameworks efficiently and maintaining high safety standards.

Company Description

The Prospect ID team believes every student-athlete deserves a shot to be scouted and evaluated to play at the collegiate level but understands that only a few will make it. Many athletes get lost in the mix of recruiting because most don't know how to get exposure to college coaches and most don't have the knowledge to get them a scholarship. Prospect ID offers a solution for those aspiring student-athletes.
We also believe college coaches at all levels need a different avenue to discover athletes they would want to recruit. With limited recruiting budgets for most collegiate programs, coaches need an efficient way to find and evaluate athletes. Prospect ID offers a solution to help college coaches.
