Job description

Coordinates parish faith formation and sacramental programs for children and youth, supporting catechesis, sacramental preparation, and ongoing spiritual growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and oversees parish faith formation program. Ex: First Communion, First Reconciliation, and Confirmation preparation including retreat
  • Manages Little Church program (Sunday mornings)
  • Coordinates volunteers for program
  • Facilitates curriculum planning and program evaluation
  • Directs parish faith formation for specified group
  • Plans and organizes activities for specific faith formation groups

Qualifications:
  • Degree or certification in Religious Education or Theology preferred
  • Experience in parish ministry or catechesis required
  • Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and pastoral practices

Requirements
This is a part-time position with Sunday morning work attendance required and flexible hours, up to 25 hours per week.
