Machine Operator / Production Operator – All Shifts Available

Location: Germantown, WI
Pay: Starting at $18.75/hour + Shift Premiums Available

Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturer?
We're hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Germantown, WI. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, factory, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or forklift operation who enjoy hands-on work and operating equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Operate production and trimming equipment
  • Set up, load, and unload machinery
  • Use measuring tools and hand tools to inspect products
  • Read work orders and production instructions
  • Perform quality checks on finished parts
  • Record production data accurately
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Warehouse Associate, Assembly Worker, Packaging Associate, Factory Worker, or Forklift Operator preferred
