Overview
  • Financial System support analyst is a self-directed individual with strong analytical and leadership skills provides application and business process support in an Agile/Scrum Team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA business process modules such as FICO, General Ledger, SL, IVAL, Forex and DART processes implemented in Client SAP ERP systems.
  • Team members in the work group perform base support by responding to problem tickets and service requests made by users in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
  • In addition to base support the work group provides consultation and design services in response to requests for enhancements to the financial reporting processes implemented in these systems.
  • Can also be allocated to Projects to implement enhancements as part of Corporate IT, Financial Support Team.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years SAP experience (FI, SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA)
  • Financial or IT degree (in the case of high experience, we can have an exemption)
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills
