What is the Forestry Commission?

The Forestry Commission is a government agency responsible for the protection, expansion, and sustainable management of publicly owned forests and woodlands. Its roles include conserving biodiversity, supporting timber production, providing public access to forests, and promoting forestry research and education. The organization works to balance environmental, social, and economic interests in managing forest resources. It also advises private landowners on best forestry practices and helps implement government forestry policies.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working at the Forestry Commission, and how are they typically addressed?

Professionals at the Forestry Commission often face challenges such as balancing conservation efforts with public access, managing invasive species, and responding to the impacts of climate change on forests. These challenges are typically addressed through multidisciplinary teamwork, ongoing training, and collaboration with external stakeholders such as local communities, scientists, and government agencies. Employees regularly engage in adaptive management practices, participate in workshops, and use the latest technology to monitor forest health and implement sustainable management strategies.

Job description

Description:Join One of Charlotte’s Leading Foundation Repair CompaniesNow Hiring in Raleigh!

After years of setting the standard for foundation repair and structural integrity in Charlotte, RhinoLift is officially expanding our footprint in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for local professionals who know the Triangle—from the red clay of Wake Forest to the established neighborhoods of ITB—to help us build our local team from the ground up.

Why Raleigh? We aren't just "sending a crew" from Charlotte. We are investing in a dedicated Raleigh division to provide the same white-glove service that made us a leader in the Queen City. As a member of our Raleigh team, you’ll be at the forefront of this expansion, offering the stability of an established company with the growth potential of a new branch.

RhinoLift Foundation Repair is a rapidly growing foundation repair company serving the Charlotte region. We specialize in foundation stabilization, crawl space repair, and structural solutions for homeowners. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales / Project Design Specialist who enjoys solving problems, meeting homeowners, and earning strong commissions. If you have construction knowledge or in-home sales experience, this is a great opportunity to build a high-income career.

**Best of all — we provide qualified leads. Your job is to inspect homes, diagnose foundation issues, and recommend the right repair solution.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home foundation inspections (crawl spaces, structural areas)

Identify foundation or structural issues and determine the best solution

Design repair plans using RhinoLift stabilization systems

Educate homeowners and explain recommended repairs

Prepare project estimates and repair plans

Manage the customer relationship from inspection to project start

Maintain notes and customer details in the CRM

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

What We Offer

Company-provided leads – no cold calling required

Company vehicle + gas card

Laptop, inspection tools, and technology provided

Health, Vision & Dental Insurance (after 60 days)

401(k) with company match

Paid Time Off

Christmas Club Savings Program

Company apparel and gear

Paid training and ongoing support

Compensation: Uncapped Performance-Based Earnings

  • Structure: 100% commission with high-percentage payouts.
  • Earning Potential: Our top performers in the Raleigh market consistently earn between $85,000 – $125,000+ annually.
  • No Earnings Ceiling: In this 100% commission role, your income is directly tied to your results. If you outwork the average, you out earn the average.
  • Built for Success: Unlike "cold-calling" roles, we provide a steady stream of qualified, pre-screened leads. You focus on closing and helping homeowners, not hunting for prospects.
  • Aggressive Commission Tiers: We offer one of the most competitive percentage splits in the foundation repair industry, ensuring you are rewarded for every project you bring in.
  • Predictable Payouts: Our streamlined sales cycle ensures that your hard work translates into consistent, timely commissions as projects move to production.

Requirements:What We're Looking For

Comfortable inspecting crawl spaces and foundations

Strong communication skills with homeowners

Detail-oriented and good at diagnosing problems

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage multiple leads and projects

Preferred Experience

  • Outside sales
  • Construction or home services
  • Foundation repair or structural work
  • Home inspection or project consulting

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to access crawl spaces (kneeling, crawling, climbing)
Disclaimer:

Industry Agreement Disclosure: Candidates must be able to verify that they are not currently subject to any non-compete or non-solicitation agreements that would restrict their ability to perform sales or diagnostic services in the foundation repair, crawlspace, or home services industry.
