Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Administer medication as directed.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping.
  • Follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
  • CBRF Certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors.
  • Ability to lift and move safely as required.
  • Understand and practice standard precautions at all times.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift hours (3pm - 11pm), including every other weekend and holiday.
  • Must pass background check.
