Job Summary:

As a Kitchen Team Member at fireside MARKET, you will have the opportunity to work with a positive team focused on providing a place to grow and develop. Team Members will provide exceptional service and ensure that guest expectations are met. As a Kitchen Team Member, you are the face of the restaurant. Youโ€™re responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic and memorable guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door to the moment they leave. Whether youโ€™re greeting guests, running food, taking orders, or keeping the dining area spotless, your goal is to make every guest feel like a VIP!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides and supports excellent guest service
  • Greeting all guests warmly and promptly
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service

  • Maintains proper personal hygiene and a well-groomed uniform appearance
  • Follows company safety standards and attendance policies

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred 6 months of cashier experience in a QSR setting
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to operate equipment
  • Reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Maintains a sense of urgency while working
  • Flexibility regarding working shifts and extended hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background check (17+)
