• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport with clients and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, set stability goals, and plan for potential discharge.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care.
• Facilitate thorough intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and requirements.
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions and participate in supervision to continually refine your skills.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and improve treatment modalities.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for patient management.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also embracing teamwork within a clinical setting.
• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote service provision is a plus.
• Background in developing comprehensive treatment plans that reflect a client-centered approach.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. Our fee-for-service model ensures you receive guaranteed rates and timely payments—receive compensation ahead of collections with no waiting for reimbursement. Additional financial incentives include performance bonuses.
