• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss any concerns, and prepare for potential discharge when clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s history and current mental health needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, employing evidence-based practices to support clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to promote professional development and adherence to clinical best practices.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families seeking mental health support. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. You will play a vital role in empowering each client to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is essential.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and professional email applications.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment strategies.

• Annual salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
