Position Overview
The Sr. Sales Analyst will provide actionable business insights, build forecasting models, and support process improvement initiatives for the Commercial Leadership Team in the Diabetes Operating Unit. This role involves deep data analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis and deliver actionable insights to support Sales and Commercial Teams.
  • Write advanced Databricks queries for large datasets.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Develop forecasting models using internal and external data sources.
  • Assess and optimize sales team effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement process optimization and standardization strategies.
  • Provide performance trend reports across sales channels, products, and payer groups.
  • Track metrics, forecast analytics, and maintain reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Health Plan Solutions, etc.) to achieve growth goals.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and executives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Gain proficiency in Salesforce, Centricity, and other Commercial Team tools.

Must-Have Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Sales, Marketing, or Project Management experience
    OR
  • Advanced degree with 2+ years of Sales, Marketing, or Project Management experience

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • SQL, Tableau, and Power BI expertise
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification
  • Data modeling and forecasting experience
  • 4+ years in Business Analytics (preferably Sales Ops or Sales Finance)
  • 2+ years working in analytics roles
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • MBA or advanced degree
