Job description

The Content Marketing Manager drives the content strategy and engine for our web, video, and other digital channels, bridging the gap between strategic content creation and AI-assisted workflows. This role requires producing high-quality content while simultaneously building and managing systems to scale production using AI tooling. The successful candidate will act as the internal standard for the brand voice and partner with Demand Generation to align published content directly to pipeline goals.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the content strategy specifically for web, video, and other digital channels, aligning output with Demand Generation and Growth pipeline goals.
  • Produce strategic content directly while building and managing an AI-assisted workflow for drafting, reviewing, editing, and publishing at scale.
  • Direct external resources, including freelancers, designers, and subject matter experts, to produce targeted content deliverables.
  • Familiarity with AEO and SEO fundamentals, as well as strategic content performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in B2B content, editorial, or content marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and editing high-quality long-form and short-form content.
  • Hands-on operational experience using AI writing tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Jasper, to generate and refine content.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to inform editorial decisions and pipeline contribution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous marketing or editorial experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical B2B sectors.
  • Operational familiarity with marketing and content management tools, such as Salesforce, Profound, and a CMS.
  • Experience designing and implementing documented content creation systems for cross-functional marketing teams.
