Fora Therapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate team as a full-time or part-time remote counselor. The role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and the ability to balance work with personal commitments. Despite the remote nature of the position, our therapists engage in a collaborative online environment, supported by a robust scheduling system that allows easy communication with both clients and team members. • Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to guide discussions and support healing.
• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for managing client caseloads effectively and meeting administrative obligations.

• Experience with teletherapy is highly preferred, as this position utilizes virtual platforms for client sessions.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting or working with diverse populations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, is a plus.

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
