Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Fora Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major life transitions, and trauma. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients of various age groups—from children to adults—in navigating their mental health challenges and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle administrative tasks alongside client care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
