Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with patients, facilitating an environment conducive to open communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders in accordance with the highest professional standards.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing both individual and group counseling sessions.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer patients to specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy is essential to ensure a wide-ranging impact on our client base.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are critical to manage caseload effectively and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital therapy platforms will be highly regarded.
• Previous work with children, adolescents, and families is preferred, as our team frequently addresses concerns impacting these populations.
• Understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
