• Establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients by fostering trust and open communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions, utilizing appropriate methodologies to assist clients in overcoming their challenges, whether they are related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or family dynamics.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and shared experiences amongst participants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals by referring clients to specialists when additional resources are necessary for comprehensive care.

Your work at Fora Therapy Center will primarily involve helping individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients seeking to strengthen their relationships, overcome personal struggles, and improve their overall mental wellness. The telehealth format enables you to connect with clients across Texas, expanding your impact and reach.

• An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent program.
• A strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and theories specific to marriage and family counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and handle sensitive issues with compassion and professionalism.

• Previous experience providing both individual and group therapy in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapy methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of community resources to aid in referrals.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative tasks alongside client care.
