The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you're the Store Manager's right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.
When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
What You'll Be Doing
• Turn great customer service into sales by bringing ALDO brand initiatives to life
• Coach, train, and support your team with real-time feedback
• Lead with integrity by following (and reinforcing) all loss prevention policies
• Keep the store looking flawless with on-point visual merchandising and marketing displays
• Build a fun, fashion-forward team culture
• Support daily operations, from stock to behind-the-scenes logistics

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
