Title
Regional Division Sales Manager (RDSM) – Engineered Products – MidAtlantic Region
Summary
The Macomb Group is a recognized leading distributor for Pipe, Valves, and Fittings with headquarters in Sterling Heights, MI. We have 31 branch locations in 11 states across the Great Lakes, Midwest, MidAtlantic and Southeast Regions.
We are looking for a Regional Division Sales Manager for Engineered Products (Valve Automation, Instrumentation, Steam Specialties, Lined Pipe and Custom Hose Assemblies)

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
RDSM’s have a direct line report to the Division Director and a dotted line to designated regional management in support of local business strategy.
RDSM’s are tasked with:
  • Working closely with the Division Director and the Regional Division Manager to develop a strategy for the Division.
  • Support the General Line PVF Sales team in the designated region to drive sales of Engineered Products.
  • Maintain manufacturer rep relationships within their respective region.
  • Collaborate with branch and sales management in their respective regions to develop that strategy.
  • Be the primary contact for in-the-field technical and sales support in the region.
  • Work jointly with the general line sales team or develop direct sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years technical sales or sales support experience (prefer something in related field such as Valve Automation or Steam Specialties)
  • Bachelor’s degree (prefer something in related field)
  • Skilled in presentation, organizational, and time management
  • Track record of exceeding corporate sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present technical products and services to customers
  • Ability to travel within the Eastern and Central PA, NJ and DE region
  • Valid Driver’s license and Excellent DMV record
  • Must reside in Mid-Atlantic region with closest Valve Automation Branch located in Harleysville, PA.
Work Setting
Harleysville, PA (nearest Valve Automation shop)
