The Sales Floor Associate  is a versatile team member responsible for supporting multiple operational areas across the store. This role provides excellent customer service while assisting with cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining sales floor presentation across a variety of departments including hard goods, soft goods, licensed products, convenience store items, gifts, and school and office supplies.
This position is designed as a cross-functional role that rotates regularly through various departments and responsibilities based on operational needs. Team members are expected to develop proficiency across multiple store functions and provide support wherever needed.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in different areas of the store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues appropriately
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy
Balance cash drawers and maintain register accuracy
Assist customers in locating merchandise across multiple departments
Maintain product knowledge for hard goods, soft goods, licensed merchandise, convenience store items, gifts, and school and office supplies
Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, faced, signed, and displayed
Support promotional setups and seasonal merchandising changes
Rotate between departments and assignments as scheduled to support store operations and business needs
Receive, unpack, stock, and replenish merchandise as needed
Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness
Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention practices
Monitor product quality and report damaged or low-stock items
Support store operations during high-traffic events and peak business periods
Participate in game day operations and special event coverage
Required to work all home football games as part of scheduled event support responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas
Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
Support store opening, closing, and recovery tasks
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet store goals
