Job description

Albany State University is a fully accredited senior unit of the University System of Georgia. Location
Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 209.
Job Summary
Assist the Albany State Football program with recruiting operations, visit coordination, data management, and special projects. This position provides hands-on experience in collegiate football recruiting, operations, and athletics administration.
Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining recruiting databases.
  • Help prepare recruiting materials, packets, and visit itineraries.
  • Assist with on-campus recruiting visits, game-day visits, and special recruiting events.
  • Support communication efforts with prospective student-athletes under the direction of football staff and in accordance with NCAA rules.
  • Assist with recruiting mailings and graphics distribution.
  • Assist with camp and clinic registration, check-in, and operations.
  • Support the coordination of unofficial and official visits.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks related to recruiting and football operations.
  • Help maintain recruiting files and records in accordance with NCAA, SIAC, and institutional policies.
  • Support community engagement events, special projects, and football program initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach, Director of Football Operations, or designated staff member.
