We’re looking for a Prepared Foods Manager who is passionate about community service, team leadership, and delivering high-quality prepared meals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and retail environment, enjoys leading and developing staff, and is committed to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations in the Prepared Foods Department by:

  • Leading and developing department staff
  • Leading and overseeing food production and inventory management
  • Ensuring high-quality prepared foods and excellent customer service standards
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health department regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of merchandising, displays, signage, and presentation
  • Supporting and collaborating with peer departments
  • Participating in community and store events
  • Ownership of department sales, labor, and margin performance

  • Fast-paced kitchen, retail, and backroom environment
