Get to Know Your Team: 

  • Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology.
  • Under general supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) Director, the Food Service Workers will provide daily dietary services throughout the hospital.
  • The wide range of duties involved with the FANS department include meal preparation for patients, visitors, physicians and staff, ongoing cleaning of work areas, serving customers, cashiering and dish cleaning as appropriate.
  • The FANS Worker must adhere to safety requirements as set forth by the Local, State or Federal requirements and the accrediting organization.

Job Requirements: 

  • Food Handlers Permit.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous food service and/or customer service experience in a hospital setting.
