Position Summary:
The Food Service Team Member is responsible for executing high-quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. This role supports the daily production of grab-and-go and made-to-order food items while maintaining strict standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Execution
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes and portion standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
  • Maintain product quality, presentation, and speed of service
  • Support hot and cold grab-and-go food programs

Food Safety & Sanitation
  • Follow food safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Complete required food safety training
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workstations

Cleanliness & Facility Standards
