Job description

Join our dynamic team at Indy Scream Park working in a food station or beverage station.  

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering delicious food and beverage experiences. 

As a member of our food and beverage team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience while enjoying the park's attractions.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage food operations efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food items from the menu with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the food truck before and after operational hours.
  • Serve hot and cold beverages.
  • Hot beverages require following recipe from the menu with attention to quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment like food trucks, restaurants, or hospitality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

  • September - Every Friday and Saturday nights 6PM-1AM
