Job Summary
Bear Flag Fish Company is excited to announce our new location opening in Costa Mesa summer 2026! We are looking for an energetic and reliable Food Runner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive their food quickly, accurately, and with great hospitality. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, team-oriented, and thrives in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
  • Ensure each dish is presented correctly and matches the order
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers
  • Assist with organizing and staging orders for dine-in and takeout
  • Check that guests have everything they need (utensils, sauces, napkins, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food running stations
  • Help clear tables and support the team during busy periods
  • Provide friendly and attentive hospitality to all guests

Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
