Overview

Black Label Built is hiring a Production Manager to lead residential outdoor construction projects from production through completion.

This role is responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining jobsite quality, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to company standards. You will be trusted to operate independently, solve problems in the field, and help maintain high standards across all active jobs.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year DOE

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day jobsite operations and keep projects moving
  • Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and job sequencing
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact clients
  • Manage punch lists and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure work meets design plans, specs, and company standards
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and production planning
  • Maintain accurate project updates in JobTread
  • Track materials, inventory, and jobsite needs
  • Assist with organization of tools, equipment, and company vehicles
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
