Production Associate – 3rd Shift

Pay: $19.25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 PM until end of shift, with one day off during the week

Important Work Environment & Contract Details
  • Cold and wet environment – approximately 36°ree;F. Employees must come dressed and prepared to work in these conditions.
  • This is a seasonal contract position running from an August/September start date through Thanksgiving.
  • Most employees will be released during November/December.
  • Another production ramp-up is expected from January 2027 through June 2027.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cut, package, and repackage produce according to customer specifications.
  • Assist line leaders with daily production and workflow.
  • Operate production equipment, including potato peelers and bag sealers.
  • Ensure quality products are prepared and available for daily production runs.
  • Meet company productivity standards and monitor production performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Clean and sanitize floors, tables, cutting boards, equipment, and other work areas.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, SQF, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures.
  • Communicate production issues or concerns to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lift and move 25–50 lbs. safely and consistently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a cold, wet environment around 36°ree;F.
  • Must be able to work the required Monday–Saturday schedule.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
