The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for working with the Store Manager on all store operations. The Store Assistant Manager plays a vital role in guiding, developing, and motivating a team of brand advocates to ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the companyas brand values.

Responsibilities

a Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are all consistent and compliant with company standards.

a Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, ensuring the team is motivated to deliver memorable experiences.

a Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain the company's brand strategies.

a Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.

a Partner with the Store Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directive.

a Assist in various store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when necessary, and customer service.
