Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and frontline manufacturing staff. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support production team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
  • Ensure production schedules and output requirements are met while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Monitor labor utilization, production waste, packaging materials, and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace organization
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety requirements, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety procedures
  • Train, coach, and develop production employees and future leaders
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, expectations, and performance metrics
  • Ensure production documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with department leads, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and management teams to support operational success
  • Review and monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
