Our business has sufficiently grown over the years to support expansion for our clients. We have produced control packages for many of America's top corporations in the chemical, environmental, food, pulp and paper, rubber, petroleum, pharmaceutical, glass, metals, and utilities industries. We also deliver equipment for use worldwide. Our rigorous methodology assures compliance with domestic and international standards. Job Summary:
Panelmatic is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and executing the day-to-day marketing activities for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization. This role will serve as the company's internal marketing owner, partnering with leadership, sales, and external marketing resources to strengthen brand consistency, improve customer-facing materials, and support continued growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and executing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting industrial manufacturing organizations, working through acquisitions or company integrations, and creating marketing processes where limited structure exists today.
Job Duties:
  • Manage daily marketing activities and ensure consistent execution across multiple locations and acquired companies.
  • Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate deliverables, timelines, priorities, and execution.
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including product brochures, presentations, customer collateral, case studies, sell sheets, and company communications.
  • Support brand alignment across multiple companies, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Assist with marketing integration efforts during acquisitions, including updating collateral, websites, branding, communication materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Maintain and improve company websites, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage social media presence, including content calendars, company updates, employee/customer highlights, and industry-related messaging.
  • Coordinate photography, videos, facility content, project highlights, and other materials that showcase company capabilities.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, conferences, and other business development activities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand customer needs and create tools that support growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Track marketing activities, results, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish basic marketing processes, templates, standards, and organization as the function grows.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a growing organization where marketing processes and structure were being created or improved.
  • Strong ability to execute independently without requiring a large team or established infrastructure.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies, vendors, or contractors.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience creating sales collateral, digital content, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Marketing experience in industrial manufacturing, technical products, or B2B environments.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, rebranding efforts, or marketing alignment across multiple companies.
  • Hands-on executor who enjoys building and improving processes.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward with limited direction.
  • Able to balance creativity with the needs of a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Thrives in a growing, changing, private equity-backed environment.
  • Wants to build the foundation of a marketing function, not simply maintain an existing program.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD
  • 100% medical premium paid for by Panelmatic for the employee-only level medical coverage
  • 80% paid for by Panelmatic and 20% paid for by the employee on all other level medical coverage (i.e. employee plus child, employee plus spouse, family)
  • 401(k) contributions matched 100% up to 4%
  • Scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, and paid personal and professional development provided
  • PTO and paid holidays provided
  • Career advancement opportunities
