Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and creative Korean marketing intern to join our team as a social media and content creator for @yamibuy_kr official account. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content especially for our official Korean IG account, managing social media channels by creating both static images and video content, and editing and repurposing existing video content for paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience in social media management, content creation (both static images and Reels), and utilizing diverse content creation tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality K-category (especially for K-food & K-beauty but not limited) content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and Korean community engagement to increase YAMI brand awareness and familiarity with target audience
  • Edit and produce short-form video and static image content for social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, food, social media, and content marketing

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite to facilitate real-time collaboration and team engagement
  • High proficiency in Korean writing, speaking, reading, and listening skills is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong video editing and static image creation skills and ability to produce short-form and visually engaging content
  • Experience with Korean beauty and food content creation is highly preferred
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Cultural Passion: A deep, genuine passion for Korean culture and products, "in the know" regarding trending Korean brands
  • Ability to map content ideas back to business KPIs
  • Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
