Job Description:

As a Foods Line Cook, you will prepare food to order in a safe, appetizing, and efficient manner to deliver the best dining experience for our guests. This role is crucial to maintaining high food quality standards and a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food while adhering to health and safety standards, including proper food storage, cooking temperatures, and sanitation practices.
  • Cook food to order, plate, and fill orders, ensuring all items are accurate and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas, quickly addressing spills and clutter.
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed to prepare for busy periods.
  • Assist team members and guests promptly with quality or safety issues.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the foods area is in top condition for guests.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, acting as a role model for professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food preparation and cooking equipment.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred but not required. Willingness to complete course/test results in a raise.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift heavier loads.
  • Comfortable working with fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Experience over 3 years with credible resume results in higher pay.
