Food line workers, also known as line cooks or food assembly workers, are responsible for preparing and assembling ingredients or dishes in a kitchen or food production environment. They work along a production line, following specific recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality. Food line workers often handle tasks such as grilling, frying, assembling sandwiches, or plating meals, depending on the type of establishment.
