Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Assurance Lab Tech- 3rd Shift in Vancouver, WA . Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest Our quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine quality assurance testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company specifications and quality standards.

· Collect, prepare, and analyze product samples using established laboratory procedures and testing methods.

· Conduct microbiological, chemical, and physical testing as required to verify product quality and safety.

· Accurately record, document, and maintain laboratory test results, quality records, and other essential data.

· Monitor production processes and identify any quality concerns, inconsistencies, or deviations from established standards.

· Follow safety protocols, laboratory procedures, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMPs) at all times.

· Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.

· Communicate test results and quality concerns promptly to production teams, supervisors, and other appropriate personnel.

· Assist with investigations of product quality issues and support corrective actions as needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in quality assurance, laboratory testing, food manufacturing, or a related environment is preferred.

· Ability to accurately perform testing procedures and maintain detailed documentation.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and food safety.

· Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

· Flexibility to work 3rd shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations, laboratory procedures, HACCP, and GMP guidelines is a plus, but training will be provided.
