Job description

Quality Inspector

Delavan, WI

$22.00-$30.00 per hour | Full-Time

Join a Precision Manufacturer That Invests in Quality—and Its People

If you're an experienced Quality Inspector who enjoys precision work, takes pride in finding what others miss, and wants to grow your career with a stable manufacturing company, we'd like to talk with you.

We're partnering with an established precision manufacturer in the Delavan area that's expanding its Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for producing high-quality precision machined components while working alongside experienced professionals in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Whether you're an experienced Quality Inspector or have strong inspection fundamentals and are ready to continue developing your skills, this company offers long-term career growth and the opportunity to learn advanced quality inspection techniques.

What You'll Do
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring equipment.
  • Identify and document nonconforming product.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Partner with production to ensure customer quality requirements are consistently met.
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives throughout manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous Quality Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment such as:
    • Micrometers
    • Calipers
    • Height Gauges
    • Dial Indicators
    • Other precision inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience inspecting precision machined components.
  • CNC machining or Swiss machining manufacturing experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
  • Experience with CMMs, vision inspection systems, line audits, or other advanced inspection equipment is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates with strong inspection fundamentals who are eager to learn advanced quality systems are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $22.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company participation
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Career development opportunities
  • Stable, growing precision manufacturing environment
Why You'll Love This Opportunity

This isn't just another inspection role.

You'll join a company that values craftsmanship, precision, continuous improvement, and long-term employee development. Rather than expecting every candidate to know every quality system from day one, they're looking for someone with a solid inspection foundation who wants to continue learning and growing professionally.

If you're looking for a career where your attention to detail makes a real impact and your contributions are appreciated, we'd love to speak with you.
