Villa Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Wind Creek Outlets Food Court. If you enjoy leading teams, providing excellent guest service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist with overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest concerns professionally
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational tasks
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Help manage staffing needs and maintain efficient operations during peak business periods
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Support management with inventory control and loss prevention efforts
What You'll Need:
  • Previous supervisory, shift lead, or leadership experience in a restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
