Role Summary
The Content Specialist will support day-to-day content production for Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, capturing high-quality photo and video assets that power organic social, paid media, and broader marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing content at scale, supporting a growing demand for always-on creative across digital platforms.
Reporting to the Social & Content Manager, this role will focus on hands-on production, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging, performance-driven content aligned with brand strategy.
What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day photo and video production for social, paid media, and marketing campaigns
  • Capture and produce content across the park including rides, festivals, animals, entertainment, and culinary
  • Support paid social creative development, producing assets optimized for performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Support both planned shoots and agile/trend-based content capture alongside internal teams and external partners
  • Occasionally appear in social content as a spokesperson for the park
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a content library and asset management system
  • Edit short-form video and photo using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Maintain and manage production equipment
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards while adapting to platform trends

What it takes to succeed
  • Strong understanding of short-form content trends and platform best practices (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube)
  • Proficiency in video/photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong storytelling and creative instincts
  • Experience creating content for paid media or performance marketing is a major plus
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
