Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a career with a stable manufacturing company? Menasha Packaging is seeking experienced and motivated Press Operators, Die Cut Operators, and Folder Gluer Operators to join our team on night shift.
Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on department and experience)
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals
  • Review job tickets and work orders to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Feed material into machines and stack finished product
  • Complete production paperwork and prepare materials for shipment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when business needs require
  • Ability to work rotating shifts if needed
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure or ruler accurately
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, die cutting, or machine operation is a plus
