Position Summary

The Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for setting up and operating folder gluer machines to produce finished cartons that meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This role partners closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate production records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate folder gluer machines according to job specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments for optimal output
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor equipment repairs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production
  • Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation

Qualifications
