Job description

We?re looking for an experienced and motivated FOH Supervisor to help lead front-of-house operations at one of Central Oregon?s most iconic and high-volume restaurants. Located in the historic Hotel Sisters, Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill offers a fun, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and a reputation for outstanding service.

As FOH Supervisor, you?ll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and adjust floor sections for servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and expos
  • Monitor labor and reallocate staff as needed for efficiency
  • Ensure completion of daily side work and closing duties
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the dining room and service areas
  • Provide hands-on leadership during service, supporting staff and resolving guest concerns
