Job description

The Front of House Supervisor responsibilities Include supervising FOH employees, scheduling, and enforcing policies, procedures and standards. Additionally, when needed, the FOH Supervisor will take orders, serve food and drinks, answer inquiries about the menu and generally comply with the wishes of the guests, as well as suggestively sell food and drinks. It is the FOH Supervisor's responsibility to manage the execution of and oversee all FOH operations, ensuring all standards of quality and service are met.

In addition, it is their responsibility to continually develop employees through training and follow up, as well as manage scheduled shifts for appropriate coverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
