Job description

RBT Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your primary focus will be on providing patient care, conducting assessments, and collecting data to monitor progress. This position requires a strong commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

RBT Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings

  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals

  • Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities

  • Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills

Qualifications
