As a Geo Owl FMV Analyst, you will build high-value motion GEOINT tradecraft, support global counterterrorism operations, and grow inside a team that takes the mission—and your development—seriously.

Geo Owl is looking for a motivated, dependable Full Motion Video Analyst to support time-sensitive intelligence missions in a high-tempo operational environment. In this role, you will analyze and exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines, produce imagery-derived reports and graphics, and help deliver actionable intelligence to senior Government decision-makers.

This opportunity is designed for both developing intelligence professionals and current FMV-qualified analysts. You will receive a three-week formal training course, robust on-the-job training, and structured opportunities to expand into advanced FMV, SAR, GMTI, instructor, research, subject matter expert, or management pathways.

• ✓Analyze live or recorded FMV from ISR platforms and identify mission-relevant activity, patterns, and anomalies.
• ✓Fuse FMV observations with HUMINT, SIGINT, and broader intelligence context to support actionable assessments.
• ✓Build imagery-derived graphic products, reports, and briefing materials that communicate findings clearly under operational timelines.
• ✓Use FMV exploitation tools, electronic light tables, and national imagery sources to support precise analysis and reporting.
• ✓Participate in formal training, OJT, and mission-specific familiarization to deepen motion GEOINT capability.
• ✓Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining accuracy, focus, and team communication.

• ▸Develop FMV tradecraft through a three-week formal training course and a robust on-the-job training program.
• ▸Exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms and apply HUMINT and SIGINT context to produce actionable intelligence.
• ▸Create and distribute imagery-derived graphic products and reports for senior decision-makers across Government agencies.
• ▸Compile, prepare, and communicate intelligence materials that support high-level briefings and operational understanding.
• ▸Use advanced imagery tools, including electronic light tables, to exploit national technical means imagery.
• ▸Support continuous improvement in analytic quality, reporting clarity, and customer mission support.

• ✓Active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
• ✓Three or more years of intelligence experience, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a customer-approved discipline.
• ✓Completion of a formal intelligence school course, typically three or more months full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS such as All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
• ✓Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle and the TCPED process.
• ✓Ability to type at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard.
• ✓Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens.
• ✓Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, alternating days and nights monthly, including weekends and holidays.

• ▸You are hungry to learn—FMV, imagery, sensors, culture, reporting standards, and the larger intelligence picture.
• ▸You understand that good analysis is disciplined: observe, validate, contextualize, communicate, and improve.
• ▸You collaborate well with Government customers and teammates while bringing practical ideas to complex mission problems.
