Job description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Technical Specialist I to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
  • Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request.
  • Provide support for foreign visits request to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitor all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and report back to customer, attend and brief the customer on the Sustainment cases during meeting and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
  • Draft memorandums of request for Action Items. Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
  • Assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports. Prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums. Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.
